Beets don’t kill my vibe! Not only Beetroots are rich in fibre and has anti-inflammatory properties, it also boosts your fitness stamina and lowers blood pressure! Chia seeds are rich in fibre, has antioxidant properties, high in protein and high in Omega-3 fatty acids. By combining these two superfoods together, you have an ultra protein, fibre packed food!
Ingredients
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
120ml Soy milk (but you can use any alternative)
2 Tbsp Beetroot Powder
1. Mix everything together and pour it in an airtight container and leave it overnight in your fridge to chill
2. The next morning, it should become a very thick pudding texture, you may add more liquid to loosen it up a bit
3. Top it up with coconut yoghurt, coconut chips, fresh blueberries and some homemade granola!
