Hey lovelies, Tweedle D checking in. It’s my turn to share with you my Autumn Haul of 2014. Last week, Tweedle T got some really nice things from a mixture of shops which you can check out here. I went to the high street in Exeter for a day of shopping this week and safe to say I am super pleased with my purchases, though my bank account won’t be! There are some great items out there this season and if you are a student in the UK then you should definitely make use of student discounts this week! I think they are ending soon – so be quick!
First stop, Superdrug! I was running low on my all time favy superliner from L’Oreal so had to repurchase that but obviously, I got distracted with other things… Picked up a nail varnish from Rimmel in the shade Fancy A Dip, a super pretty pastel blue; MUA’s coral nail varnish and Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder and Highlighter. I have never tried MUA nail varnishes before so I am excited about that. The Delice de Poudre by Bourjois has to be THE most talked about bronzer on youtube for the past few months and it is constantly sold out in drugstores so I was really happy when I nabbed the last one! I also got 2 foundations and 2 concealers but I will save that for a review another time ;).
White peplum top: H&M (£12.99) Great to wear for a casual dinner with friends. Inexpensive and comfortable. H&M is currently doing a 20% off offer for students. Download the UNIDAYS app!
Peplum tops does wonders for your figure, a great way to hide that sticky outie tummy!
White Top: River Island (£26) I am really loving this flowey top – simple yet chic. Students: 20% off!
John Lewis: Ted Baker Cross Body Bag (£89) This was a bit of a splurge for me. I didn’t intend to buy it but it was just sitting there… so I kinda had to. There were also other colours to choose from including plain black or pink. But I have way too many black bags anyway and I thought this salmon pink/ taupe colour will be a nice change.
You can take off the detachable gold strap and turn it into a clutch if you fancy.
I love love love Ted Baker accessories. Again, simple but chic! ;)
Zara Top (£19.99) Super comfortable top in army green. I seldom buy tops this colour so it’s a great piece to add to my wardrobe. This is the perfect casual, comfy, slouchy top to wear to uni.
I particularly like the cut of the top.
Knitwear from H&M (£14.99) A cosy black and white jumper can be paired with any old pair of comfy jeans. 20% Student Discount!
H&M Knitwear (£14.99) Again, another budget buy. This hot pink oversized jumper will go well with black leggings and UGG boots for a chilled look. 20% off for students!
Black Shorts Dress from River Island (£40) Simple black dress (with shorts) with pretty shoulder detailing that drapes across your body. This is a black staple item that can be worn on many occasions! I think it will look good paired with over the knee boots, heels or flats. 20% off Student Discount
Skort from River Island (£28) This high waisted skort looks very autumny to me. Love the flower pattern – makes it look very girly. 20% off Student Discount
*All the prices stated above have not yet been discounted That is all! I hope you enjoyed this haul and happy shopping! Take care and I’ll speak to you soon :)! Lots of Love, Tweedle D xoxoxo
