Tweedle T’s May Favourites!

HAPPY FRIDAY! I’m finally done with all my Uni work and projects and I have a few new favourites this month that I’ve been dying to share!  My favourites this month are more on body care products, prepping myself for SUMMER! I’m sure everyone is super excited with travelling and enjoying the sun. Here they are:

Rituals Magic Touch (£17) – This body cream is super hydrating and leaves your skin feeling velvety. It has aunique blend containing antioxidants, Vitamin E and the ingredient Centella Asiatica, which helps strengthen your skin. It also contain two natural ingredients: Rice Milk and Cherry. There isn’t much of a cherry scent, more or a milky, flowery aroma. It has a gorgeous smell and not too overpowering! I usually apply this after my shower and sometimes before I go to bed.

Rituals Himalaya Scrub (£19.50) – What I love about this scrub is your skin feels moisturised after your shower, it feels like you have applied cream already because it contains almond oil. Scrubbing helps purigy your body and stimulate your body’s energy flow. It contains salt crystals from the Himalaya and also Fresh Mint, giving you a refreshing effect. Every time, after I use this scrub, my bathroom has a beautiful sweet aroma, like strawberries or cotton candy.

Scholl Velvet Smooth Foot Night Mask (£7.99) – This foot cream contains vitamins B5 and E which stimulates cell regrowth while you sleep for softer feet in the morning. My feet are fairly dry, especially on the heel and toe areas and when I got this from YouMeBeauty Box, I was really excited to try this and to see if it actually works as it says on the box – softer feet in 24hrs. OH MY! The results are amazing and they do feel softer and wonderfully rejuvenated. I am definitely going to Boots to purchase this and maybe the foot soak as well! This is perfect for people who like to wear flip flops and sandals over the summer holidays.

Kettle Vegetable Crisps (£2.19) – I know this is not a beauty product BUT this is one of my favourite snacks and the only crisps I eat! It has Golden Parsnip, Sweet Potato & Beetroot (a veg which I don’t eat at all). As I have been working on my uni project for the whole month, it is a healthy snack to keep me going! I am a sweet potato lover too.

Hadalabo Japan Gokujyun α alpha Eye Mask (79 HKD / ard £6) – This is not a recent purchase but it has only been recently that I started using it because of my late nights and morning puffy eyes. I bought this from Sasa in Hong Kong. It is an eye mask that contains large amounts of Retinol Vitamin A, which has been proven to contain anti-aging ingredients. Retinol as a molecule is very small and is capable of penetrating the skin’s outer layer while regenerating the deeper layers to stimulate the production of elastin and collagen to prefect the skin’s appearance and visibly reverse the effects of aging. What I usually do is place the mask in the fridge the night before and put it on my face first thing in the morning after washing my face in order to reduce eye puffiness and it also helps lightens my dark circles. This eye mask does not dry out your skin either, after 10 minutes, the mask still feels wet and moisturised.

We also have exciting news to share with you! We will be doing a Summer Giveaway from Monday 2nd June till the 13th June 2014. There wil be 5 make up products and all of them are products the Tweedlets love! Watch this space for more information!

Have a chillax weekend !

Lots of love
