Jack Wills Secret Garden Party

A few days ago I attended the Jack Wills Secret Garden Party in Hong Kong. The event was for HK Media, as well as Jack Wills VIP members. It was held at The Pawn’s Rooftop Garden. The event was indeed “Fabulously British” – everything about it was chic and glamorous. There were lots of “British” activities set up to keep guests entertained throughout the evening. Activities included noughts and crosses, croquet and floral headband and pins making sessions. The food was also British themed – including cones of fish & chips, yorkshire puddings, various canapes (sausage rolls, scotch eggs, quiches) and delicious desserts (scones, cakes, eton mess). There was a fashion show that took place at the event, where models and seasonnaires modeled the Summer 2014 collection.

Here are some photos that I took on the night which I would like to share with you!

A special Jack Wills USB stick for the media in their press kits. Stylish I say!

When I arrived, the models were getting ready with the hair & make-up team.

Gorgeous flowers on the Rooftop garden!

Media and VIP gift bags!

Floral headbands and pins making demonstrations.

Everyone hard at work to get the venue all ready and set up for 6pm!

At the entrance of the Rooftop garden! Wellies – so British!

Beautiful models from Germany, Russia and China!

Life size Noughts and Crosses game board.

Look at these absolutely beautiful cakes!!!!!! A work of art.

Overall, the event went really well and it was a great turn out. It was a fantastic oppourunuty to see how an event as such was organised and how the production and PR team worked together to make this event a success! I also experienced the stress of dressing a model from one outfit into another in 1 minute flat! #Hectic. I was sweating by the end of the fashion show!

I hope you are all having a great weekend. It’s really wet and rainy in Hong Kong at the moment and is forecasted to remain like this for the rest of the week. But oh well… we have to stay positive hay!

Lots of Love, Tweedle D xoxoxoxox
