Shu Uemura – The Lightbulb UV Compact Powder
(Powder – £30  Case – £9.50)
This is a new compact foundation and has a very natural finish on your skin. You can build it up easily if you want a higher coverage and it does not look cakey at all. It also provides a high sun protection having SPF 30 PA++. Th compact case also comes with an innovative sponge applicator. It features two different textures, one side is their normal standard foundation sponges and on the other it has a smooth texture for a “glow finish”.

H&M Kabuki Brush
This super cute and tiny kabuki brush is from H&M. It is very thick and round and it is good for buffing mineral powder. The synthetic bristles are super super super soft! It is probably as soft or softer than the Real Technique Brushes, I have tested out the brush and used it on both loose powder foundation and compact foundation and it gives a really smooth air brushed finish.  It looks expensive but GUESS HOW MUCH IT IS! £2.99!  Next time you’re in H&M pick up one of these beauties!

Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick (£28)
This is just a product I have been using for the whole year and I needed to replace it as my old one is almost finish. Originally, I picked this up at the airport last year as I was going back to Hong Kong and using their liquid foundation wouldn’t work out with Hong Kong’s hot and humid climate. Ever since I started using it, I didn’t switch back to the liquid foundation even when I came back to the UK. Not only it is very quick and easy to apply , I can always use it on the go, after my gym sesh or as a touch up.

Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray (£21.5)
Need I say more! This sea salt spray has been out a long time and I’m still using it. Even though it is quite pricey, it is by far the best sea salt spray I have ever used and I haven’t found any cheaper dupes for it yet. It gives your hair lots of texture and that messy bed head look. I also use Sachajuan’s Ocean Mist which also gives my hair texture but it is not as bold as Bumble.

River Island – Lemon Print Asymmetric Zip Clutch Bag (£18)
A very summery happy bright clutch for the upcoming months. Also something to brighten my winter wardrobe. The outer lining is made out of canvas with yellow lemon prints. If you do go and pick it up in stores, make sure you compare a few of them because some of the lining along the zipper isn’t made very well :/

Have you bought anything new for Spring/Summer?
